The Vladivostoksky transport knot should be considered as the South seaside port agglomerate including all ports of the south of Primorski Krai in which intensively cooperate railway, sea, automobile and air transport. And it leads to necessity of creation of uniform coordinating body for management of work of all types of transport on the basis of wide use of modern computing means.
